Tribute and Memorial Gifts

Donations can be made to honor or memorialize a friend or someone you love, or to celebrate an anniversary, birth or graduation.

For a gift of $10.00 or more, we will notify the person, teacher or family member you designate of your special tribute gift with a unique acknowledgement like the samples below.

Simply make your check payable to Assumption High School and mail to 2170 Tyler Lane, Louisville, KY 40205 with a note describing the occasion, your special message, and the name and address of the person you would like us to notify. Our special acknowledgements state that you have made a generous gift and the amount of the gift is not disclosed.
